Ben jij nauwkeurig, technisch aangelegd en werk je graag in een productieomgeving? Voor de versterking van ons productieteam zijn we op zoek naar een Operator / Verpakker.

In deze functie werk je samen met een senior operator en sta je mee in voor het vlot en kwalitatief laten verlopen van het verpakkingsproces.

Je zorgt ervoor dat tabletten correct worden aangevoerd en machinaal worden verpakt in blisters en doosjes. Daarbij heb je voortdurend aandacht voor kwaliteit, hygiëne en een correcte uitvoering van de productieopdracht.

Een mooie kans voor iemand die graag met machines werkt, nauwkeurig te werk gaat en zich verder wil ontwikkelen binnen een professionele productieomgeving.

Jouw taken Als Operator / Verpakker ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor:

Het voorbereiden en productieklaar maken van de productieruimte en de verpakkingslijn. Het aanvoeren van tabletten en verpakkingsmaterialen. Het machinaal verpakken van tabletten in blisters en vervolgens in doosjes. Controleren of blisters, bijsluiters en verpakkingen correct en volgens de productieopdracht worden verwerkt. Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles tijdens het productieproces. Signaleren en verhelpen van kleine technische of operationele storingen. Meehelpen bij het ombouwen en instellen van de lijn. Uitvoeren van reinigingswerkzaamheden aan de productieruimte en machines. Strikt naleven van de geldende hygiëne-, veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften. Zorgen voor een nette en ordelijke werkplek.

We zijn op zoek naar iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor zijn of haar werk.

Jouw profiel:

Je hebt een technische affiniteit en werkt graag met machines. Je bent nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en detail. Je begrijpt en spreekt goed Nederlands. Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team. Je bent betrouwbaar, gemotiveerd en bereid om bij te leren. Je hebt een praktische ingesteldheid en denkt mee wanneer zich een probleem voordoet. Ervaring in een productieomgeving, de voedingssector of farmaceutische sector is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste. Ervaring als operator of productiemedewerker is mooi meegenomen.
