Dit productiebedrijf opereert in de food-sector en richt zich op de geautomatiseerde verwerking en verpakking van zuivelproducten in een voedselveilige omgeving. In Steenderen wordt er gewerkt met geavanceerde verpakkingslijnen en logistieke stromen om eindproducten geschikt te maken voor nationale en internationale distributie. De afdeling waar je komt te werken levert een directe bijdrage aan de keten van grondstof naar eindproduct en werkt met korte communicatielijnen binnen het team. Kwaliteit, hygiëne en veiligheid staan centraal. Medewerkers assembleren, bedienen en reinigen installaties, voeren kwaliteitscontroles uit, etiketteren en palletiseren producten zodat de productie continu en efficiënt blijft verlopen. Er zijn mogelijkheden voor interne doorgroei en er worden trainingen aangeboden om functies binnen de productie door te groeien. Functie-inhoud - Je coördineert en voert het verpakken van producten uit volgens de dagplanning en instructies van de bedrijfsleiding. - Je bedient en stelt geautomatiseerde verpakkingslijnen en -installaties in en uit zodat de productie soepel verloopt. - Je bewaakt de voortgang van de verpakkingsprocessen en stuurt bij waar nodig om kwaliteit en doorstroom te borgen. - Je verpakt, etiketteert en palletiseert producten en zorgt dat de goederen klaar zijn voor transport. - Je ziet toe op naleving van veiligheids- en hygiënevoorschriften en draagt bij aan een veilige werkomgeving. - Je voert eerstelijns onderhoud en reiniging uit en verzorgt een duidelijke overdracht richting de volgende ploeg. - Je bewaakt procesparameters via PLC-gestuurde besturingen, stelt recepten en parameters in, voert eerstelijns foutanalyse uit en lost technische storingen zelfstandig op waar mogelijk, met escalatie naar technische dienst of ploegleider bij complexere storingen. Functie-eisen - Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau. - Opleiding op MBO niveau 3, bij voorkeur Techniek of Levensmiddelentechnologie. - Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring in een pr.
