Functieomschrijving

Als operator verpakking zorg je ervoor dat onze verpakkingsmachines vlot en correct werken. Je start op woensdag om 9 uur en leert stap voor stap verschillende grote machines bedienen en bijsturen. Dankzij een praktische opleiding groei je snel naar meer zelfstandigheid.

Je bewaakt het productieproces en hebt voortdurend aandacht voor traceerbaarheid, voedselveiligheid en hygiëne. Je controleert of alles volgens de geldende normen verloopt en grijpt in wanneer dat nodig is. Ervaring in een productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste: motivatie en enthousiasme vinden we minstens zo belangrijk.

Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s in het productieteam. Door helder en vriendelijk te communiceren, draag je bij aan een aangename werksfeer. De gekoelde werkomgeving schrikt je niet af. Elke werkdag biedt nieuwe leermomenten en kansen om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen Dekeyzer-Ossaer.
