Ben jij technisch aangelegd en heb je ervaring als operator in een productieomgeving? Wil je werken binnen een stabiel familiebedrijf waar kwaliteit, collegialiteit en werkzekerheid centraal staan? Dan is deze functie misschien iets voor jou!

Onze klant in Aartselaar is al sinds 1993 gespecialiseerd in het produceren van gezonde voorverpakte broden, o.a. volkoren- en meergranenbrood tot bake-off gezonde broden, en is uitgegroeid tot marktleider binnen zijn sector. Ter versterking van het team zoeken we een Operator Verpakking.

Wie zoeken we?

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt ervaring als operator in voeding.
  • Een sterke technische basis en inzicht in machines.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je spreekt perfect Nederlands.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en staat open voor overuren.
  • Je bent bereid om volgens onderstaande uurrooster te werken:Week 1: Zondag t.e.m. donderdag 10u-18u. Week 2: Maandag t.e.m. vrijdag 10u-18u: behalve donderdagDonderdag wordt er in ploegen gewerkt: vroege 6u-12u OF late 12u-18u.

Functieomschrijving

Jouw taken:

  • Instellen bedienen en controleren van de verpakkingsmachines.
  • Bewaken van het verpakkingsproces en de productkwaliteit.
  • Bewaken van het verpakkingsproces en kwaliteit.
  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan de machines.
  • Productiegereedschappen (de)monteren en afstellen.
  • Oplossen van technische storingen aan de productielijn.
  • Correct registreren van productie- en storingsgegevens.
  • Naleven van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften.
