De locatie in Schoonrewoerd werkt met gestandaardiseerde processen en procesgestuurde werkwijzen om kwaliteit en efficiëntie te borgen. De organisatie hanteert strikte veiligheids- en hygiënenormen en bewaakt productievoorwaarden continu om eindproducten volgens specificatie te leveren. Een team van ervaren operators en technici bedient en optimaliseert de verpakkingslijnen. Medewerkers ontvangen interne trainingen en er is aandacht voor een duidelijk opleidingspad met doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de productielocatie. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats in een 3-ploegenrooster waarbij kennisoverdracht tussen diensten essentieel is voor continuïteit en kwaliteit. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient, stelt in en bewaakt de verpakkingslijnen en ziet toe op de productkwaliteit. - Je voert procescontroles en kwaliteitscontroles uit en meldt afwijkingen direct. - Je stelt machines om en optimaliseert instellingen om productiecontinuïteit te waarborgen. - Je coacht en ondersteunt collega's op de werkvloer en draagt bij aan een veilige en efficiënte productieomgeving. - Je werkt volgens veiligheid- en hygiënevoorschriften en draagt bij aan verbeterprojecten. - Je voert eerste lijns storingsanalyse en eenvoudige onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit, zoals het verhelpen van mechanische blokkades en het vervangen van modules, en schakelt de technische dienst in bij elektrische storingen. Functie-eisen - MBO-3 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur VAPRO B, Voeding & Kwaliteit of Levensmiddelentechnologie. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als operator in een productieomgeving. - Ervaring met het coachen en begeleiden van collega's. - Bekend met systemen zoals SAP en met methoden als TPM en WCOM. - Bereidheid om te werken in een 3-ploegenrooster. - Oplossingsgericht, communicatief sterk en nauwkeurig.
