De door Vreugdenhil geproduceerde melkpoeders worden in de Verpakkingsafdeling verpakt in diverse formaten, 25 kg zakken en bigbags. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit het afvullen van diverse formaten verpakkingen, verpakken, etiketteren, controleren en palletiseren van gereed product. Ook houd je de installatie en werkplek schoon en verzorg je de monstername. Als operator krijg je bij ons veel zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid en samen met jouw professionele, gedreven collega's zorg je voor een optimaal proces. Samen met je team, waarin persoonlijkheid, professionaliteit en een gezonde teamspirit voorop staan, ben je verantwoordelijk voor een optimale kwaliteit. Zo weet je storingen te voorkomen en doe je voorstellen ter verbetering van het proces. Jouw taken: - Je bedient de productieapparatuur en ziet toe op controles voor de optimale voortgang van het productieproces; - Je voert visuele controles uit (machineafstellingen, materiaalcontroles, productie-informatie e.d.); - Het ombouwen van apparatuur t.b.v. de diverse productieruns en het zorgen voor het leegdraaien van productielijnen; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles aan apparatuur, verpakkingen a.d.h.v. voorschriften/ normen; - Het schoonmaken en schoonhouden van apparatuur en de werkplek en het verhelpen van kleine storingen; - Door middel van storingsanalyses grondoorzaken van storingen kunnen achterhalen en in team verband kunnen oplossen; - Bij de ploegenoverdracht informeer je de voorman over de behaalde resultaten en aandachts...
