The posting

Voor een dynamische productieomgeving zijn we op zoek naar een Operator Verpakkingsafdeling. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct verpakken van meststoffen volgens de geldende procedures, productieplanning en kwaliteits- en kwantiteitsnormen.

Je zorgt ervoor dat de producten correct worden afgevuld, verpakt en klaargemaakt voor verkoop. Daarnaast bewaak je de machines en het productieproces en zorg je ervoor dat de verpakkingsafdeling veilig en efficiënt blijft functioneren.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Uitvoeren van machine- en product wissels.
  • Uitvoeren van technische controles aan de installaties en tijdig signaleren wanneer onderhoud nodig is.
  • Uitvoeren van dagelijkse onderhoudswerkzaamheden.
  • Ervoor zorgen dat het verpakkingsproces volgens de vooropgestelde planning, procedures en kwaliteitsnormen verloopt.
  • Ontvangen van het afgewerkte product.
  • Afvullen en verpakken van meststoffen en controleren van hoeveelheid, kwaliteit en conformiteit.
  • Beveiligen van pallets met een beschermhoes om de stabiliteit en het uiterlijk van de pallet te optimaliseren.
  • Aanvoeren van verpakkingsmaterialen naar de productielijnen, zoals pallets, karton, folie en big bags.
  • Bedienen van verschillende machines voor het afvullen en verpakken van meststoffen.
  • Controleren en opvolgen van de machines en het productieproces.

We zoeken een gemotiveerde en nauwkeurige operator die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt binnen een productieomgeving.

  • Je beschikt over een reachtruckattest.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands.
  • Je hebt een eerste werkervaring of relevante ervaring opgedaan tijdens een uitgebreide productieopleiding of stage.
  • Je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je taken.
  • Je bent technisch aangelegd en hebt interesse in het bedienen en controleren van machines.
  • Je bent flexibel en kunt je aanpassen aan veranderende productieomstandigheden.
