Als Operator Visuele Inspectie bij MSD in Boxmeer speel je een cruciale rol in het kwaliteits- en inspectieproces van diergeneesmiddelen. Binnen het Integrated Process Team (IPT) Live Vaccins help je mee aan de productie van levende vaccins die de gezondheid van dieren wereldwijd verbeteren. In deze rol inspecteer je afgevulde vaccins zowel manueel als met een automatische visuele inspectiemachine. Als Operator Visuele Inspectie op onze locatie in Boxmeer beoordeel je de productkwaliteit, vul je batchdocumentatie zorgvuldig in en maak je genomen monsters verzendklaar. Je werkt nauwkeurig volgens de geldende GMP- en SHE-richtlijnen en rapporteert eventuele afwijkingen direct aan je leidinggevende. Wat ga je doen? - Kwaliteit & Inspectie: Zowel manueel als machinaal visueel inspecteren en vacuümtesten van geproduceerde vaccins. - Machinebediening: Opstarten, bewaken en controleren van de automatische visuele inspectiemachine. - Administratie & Logistiek: Zorgvuldig invullen van batchdocumentatie, monsters verzendklaar maken en producten transportklaar opleveren. - Veiligheid & GMP: Strikt werken volgens de richtlijnen op het gebied van GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) en SHE (Safety, Health & Environment). - Rapportage: Actief melden van afwijkingen ten opzichte van veiligheidsvoorschriften, procedures of storingen. Werktijden Fulltime functie (40 uur per week) in een uitdagend 2-ploegenrooster van maandag tot en met vrijdag. Waar kom je terecht?
