Wij vragen

We zoeken iemand die zelfstandig kan werken en een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel meebrengt. Alles kan je leren, behalve het enthousiasme, de motivatie en de inzet die jij van nature meebrengt.

  • Jij bent flexibel wat werkuren betreft (geen standaard 9-tot-5-job) en haalt zowel alleen als in teamverband het beste uit jezelf. De opstarttijden liggen om 5 uur of om 8 uur.
  • Bij voorkeur heb je al ervaring met het bedienen van machines, maar jouw leergierigheid en zelfstandigheid zijn minstens zo belangrijk.
  • Je beseft dat de producten die jij maakt rechtstreeks bij de klanten terechtkomen, dus je neemt je verantwoordelijkheden serieus.
  • Je bent een hands-on type dat uitdagingen niet uit de weg gaat en bereid is om bij te leren. Werken in koude temperaturen is voor jou geen probleem en fysiek ben je fit voor een job waarbij je veel staat en beweegt.
