The posting

Voor onze klant, te Oevel, het modernste slachthuis van België, zijn wij op zoek naar een lijnverantwoordelijke in 2 shiften.

  • Je staat in voor het goede verloop van de slachtlijn;
  • Je zorgt dat deze vlot draait en kan snel inspelen op onvoorziene situaties;
  • Je zorgt voor een veilige werkomgeving en durft de nodige beslissingen nemen die gepaard gaan met het productieproces;
  • De ene week start je werkdag met de opstart (3u30), dit is een controle van de lijn en de machines;
  • Je vult checklists in, stemt de planning af met collega’s en volgt de productielijn;
  • Je volgt pauzes van werknemers op en zorgt voor invulling van de werkplaatsen in overeenstemming met collega’s;
  • Je brieft de productiemanager en COO over de dagelijkse procedures en checklists;
  • De andere week, start je werkdag later (9u30) en verzorg je de afsluit. Doorheen de dag zorg je, samen met je collega, dat de lijn vlot loopt en procedures gevolgd worden;
  • Na de werkdag sluit je de lijn af, vult checklists in, doet een laatste rondgang, controleert werkmateriaal en legt indien nodig nieuw materiaal klaar.

Profiel

  • Je stelt je flexibel op om de continuïteit van de productie te garanderen;
  • Je kan verantwoordelijkheid dragen en ook nemen;
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in een productie omgeving en bij voorkeur ook in een voedingsomgeving;
  • Kennis van HACCP is een pluspunt!;
  • Je kan vlot de werknemers aanspreken in het Nederlands en Engels;
  • Hands-on en communicatie zijn jouw sterke eigenschappen.
