Voor onze klant in de voedingssector, zijn we op zoek naar een operator deegbereiding in de vast ochtendploeg!

Je werkt van 02u00-10u00 's ochtend's

Je staat in voor de vlotte voorbereiding, de aanmaak en de vrijgave van de bereide recepten en vullingen.

Opleiding voorzien van min. 4 tot 6 maanden zodat je zelfstandig:

  • De voorbereidingen kan treffen om het productieproces voor te bereiden.
  • Alle machines kan bedienen.
  • Het productieproces kan opstarten op basis van alle beschikbare info.
  • De verwerking van de grondstoffen kan uitvoeren tot een perfecte receptuur die aan alle parameters voldoet.
  • Zowel de juiste vullingen als decoraties kan aanmaken.
  • Alle kwaliteitscontroles kan uitvoeren voor vrijgave.
  • De reinigingsprocedure volledig kan uitvoeren en afwerken.
  • De eerste interventies kan doen bij storingen samen met uw shiftleader.
