Als Operator Voedingsmiddelen in Harderwijk werk je in een hecht team, met afwisselende taken en een prettige werksfeer waarin collega's elkaar echt helpen. Omschrijving Als Operator Voedingsmiddelen in Harderwijk zorg jij ervoor dat het productieproces soepel verloopt. Je start de machines op, stelt ze correct in en houdt het proces continu in de gaten. Je werkt met deegmassa's volgens traditionele recepten en zorgt dat elk product voldoet aan de kwaliteitsnormen. Hygiëne en nauwkeurigheid spelen hierin een belangrijke rol. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Samen met collega-operators en productiemedewerkers zorg je voor een stabiel proces en een constante productkwaliteit. Bij kleine storingen onderneem je zelf actie, en waar nodig schakel je met de Technische Dienst. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Opstarten, instellen en bedienen van productiemachines - Signaleren en oplossen van kleine storingen - Reinigen en onderhouden van machines volgens hygiënerichtlijnen - Mengen en verwerken van grondstoffen volgens receptuur - Bewaken van kwaliteit en procesvoortgang De functie van Operator Voedingsmiddelen in Harderwijk biedt veel afwisseling.
