Als operator 2-ploegendienst zorg jij er voor dat 32 verse fruitsoorten worden verwerkt tot 8000 liter vruchtensiroop per dag. Een zoete bedoeling, waarbij jij verantwoordelijk bent voor een gehele productielijn en je te maken krijgt met diverse processen, te denken aan: - Wassen - Persen - Mengen - Vullen - Verpakken

Jouw functie als operator kent de volgende mix: - Je werkt samen met 8 collega operators, één teamleider en een aantal productiemedewerkers - Ons bedrijf kent een prettige werksfeer, wij houden rekening met elkaar en vinden werken net zo belangrijk als een stuk gezelligheid op de werkvloer - Wij denken graag mee in jouw ontwikkeling, welke praktisch of theoretisch (opleiding of cursus) kan worden ingezet - En wil je doorgroeien naar voorman of teamleider, dan kijken we samen naar de mogelijkheden hoe deze in de toekomst gecreëerd kunnen worden

- Wegen, meten en toevoegen van de vruchten en overige ingrediënten aan het proces - Instellen en bedienen van jouw machines - Kleine technische werkzaamheden verrichten - Zorgen voor een juiste en tijdige aanvoer van producten - Overleggen voeren met jouw teamleider en monteurs - Bijhouden van productiegegevens
