- Venlo - 40 uur - € 2.900,- / € 3.300,- per maand Ben jij technisch onderlegd en heb je affiniteit met voeding? Voor een moderne productieorganisatie in Venlo zoeken we een gedreven Operator die verantwoordelijk is voor het soepel laten draaien van het productieproces rondom een versproduct: champignons. Je komt terecht in een professionele en collegiale omgeving waar kwaliteit en teamwork de norm zijn. Wat bieden wij? - Een aantrekkelijk salaris tot €3.300 bruto per maand, inclusief ploegentoeslagen; - Werken in een 2-ploegensysteem (van 06:00 tot 15:00 uur en 15:00 tot 00:00 uur); - Een jaarlijkse bonus van 4,5%; - Een goede pensioenvoorziening; - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,40 per kilometer; - Volop ontwikkelmogelijkheden en ruimte om door te groeien binnen de organisatie. Wat ga je doen? Als Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen, instellen en onderhouden van geavanceerde productielijnen. Je houdt het overzicht, grijpt snel in bij storingen, en zorgt ervoor dat de kwaliteit altijd gewaarborgd blijft. Concreet betekent dit: - Machines voorbereiden voor de productie en ombouwen waar nodig; - Instellingen nauwkeurig afstemmen voor een optimaal eindproduct; - Snel schakelen bij storingen en deze zelfstandig of in overleg verhelpen; - Controleren van het productieproces en tijdig bijsturen bij afwijkingen; - Bijhouden van productiedocumentatie en procesregistratie; - Grondig reinigen en voorbereiden van machines voor de volgende serie; - Heldere overdracht verzorgen bij ploegwisselingen; - Een actieve rol spelen in het veilig en netjes houden van je werkplek; - Meedenken over verbetering van productieprocessen en machineprestaties. Wat neem je mee? - Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau; - Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie; - Aantoonbare technische kennis; - In het bezit van een heftruckcertificaat; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse én Engelse taal.
