Voor een toonaangevend bedrijf binnen de kunststofsector zijn wij op zoek naar het ideale puzzelstuk voor de functie als operator.

Met een grote specialiteit in wand, vloer en plafondbekleding kan het bedrijf zich een vaste waarde in de niche noemen. Dankzij jarenlange investeringen in het machinepark beschikken ze over hoogtechnologische, efficiënte en gebruiksvriendelijke machines.

Met dank aan deze investeringen kan het bedrijf genieten van een sterke toename in hun productiecapaciteit.

Om die reden zijn we dus op zoek naar extra gepassioneerde medewerkers in de functie als mengoperator. Heb jij een technische affiniteit en als pluspunt enkele jaren ervaring in de functie als operator? Dan kan deze vacature zeer interessant zijn voor jou!

Wat houdt de job in?

  • De mengmachines en compounders zullen voor jou geen geheimen meer kennen, zo stel je ze in en zorg je voor een vlekkeloze start en stop.
  • Naar gelang het productieorder, zet je de juiste ingrediënten klaar.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole doe je aan de hand van staalafname en dergelijke testen.
  • Je zorgt voor een juiste registratie in het ERP-systeem.
  • Defecten en storingen aan machines rapporteer je en los je op indien mogelijk.
  • Je zorgt voor een constante aanvoer van goederen zodat de machine blijft draaien.
  • Veiligheid komt op nummer 1 en draag je respect voor.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een technisch diploma, en/of je bent in het bezit van een eerste ervaring als operator.
  • Leergierigheid is jouw motivatiepunt.
  • Teamwork schrikt je niet af, maar daarnaast kan je ook zelfstandig aan de slag.
