The posting

Wil je werken als operator in de regio van Duffel? Kan je werken in een volcontinue systeem ( nacht, vroege, late én weekends) en schrik je niet terug van fysiek werk?

Een bedrijf in Duffel, gespecialiseerd in productie en verkoop van aluminium producten, is op zoek naar operatoren om hun team op de afdeling gieterij te versterken. Het bedrijf levert producten voor verschillende sectoren o.a. aan de automobiel- en bouwsector.

In het begin krijg je een grondige opleiding van 4 weken, zodat je meteen klaargestoomd wordt. Je zal altijd in groep starten.

Een werkdag op de Gieterij is een afwisselende functie. Je bent zowel fysiek bezig als mentaal.

Hoe ziet je dag eruit?

  • Het aanvullen van de ovens met behulp van de heftruck
  • Handmatig nemen van stalen en bezorgen aan het labo ter controle van de kwaliteit
  • Het reinigen van de smeltovens ( 1 a 2 keer per week)
  • Het opvolgen van het gietproces volgens de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsvoorschriften
  • Het proper houden van de gietinstallatie na het gieten
  • Correct dragen van de juiste PBM's ( veiligheid is enorm belangrijk)
  • ...
  • Je hebt een technisch diploma of ervaring als operator
  • Je kan zonder problemen werken in een volcontinue systeem ( vroege, late, nacht én weekends)
  • Je schrikt niet terug van fysiek zwaarder werk en het werken in warme omgevingen
  • Je kan zeer veiligheids- en kwaliteitsgericht werken
  • Je bezit de nodige verantwoordelijkheid en flexibiliteit
  • Je kan goed overweg met PC
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om fysiek werk te verrichten
  • Een pluspunt is dat je al ervaring hebt in volgende sector, bouw, grondwerk of stellingbouw.
