Als operator/ voorbereider orbitaal lassen maak je deel uit van ons productieteam en vervul je een veelzijdige rol binnen het productieproces. Je combineert technisch inzicht met nauwkeurige voorbereiding en afwerking.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

- Instellen en bedienen van orbitaallasmachines

- Uitvoeren van orbitaal TIG-laswerk op buizen en componenten

- Voorbereiden van werkstukken met behulp van machines zoals kloppers, persen en slijpmachines

- Correct en volledig voorbereiden van werkkaarten zodat deze vlot kunnen doorstromen naar de volgende processtap

- Zorgdragen voor een nette en veilige werkplek

Afhankelijk van de noden binnen de productie wordt je daarnaast flexibel ingezet in andere processen, zoals het verpakken van afgewerkte producten.

- Technische opleiding genoten of bereid om zich verder technisch te ontwikkelen

- Eerste ervaring in de metaalsector is een pluspunt

- Basiskennis van PC-vaardigheden

- Sterke focus op kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid

- Zowel een echte teamspeler als in staat om zelfstandig te werken

- Goede beheersing van het Nederlands (minstens niveau B2)

- Flexibel en bereid om te werken in een tweeploegenstelsel (vroege en late ploeg)

- Beschikt over eigen vervoer; de werkplaats is niet bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer
