Jij voert controles uit, signaleert afwijkingen en werkt samen met technische collega’s om eerstelijnsstoringen op te lossen. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en controleert machines en productielijnen. - Je bewaakt de productkwaliteit en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit. - Je registreert grondstoffen en productiegegevens in SAP en houdt nauwkeurige administratie bij. - Je signaleert en verhelpt eerstelijnsstoringen en voert eenvoudige onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit. - Je werkt in een 5-ploegendienst en draagt bij aan een continu productieproces. - Je werkt op drie geautomatiseerde proceslijnen en in ploegverband met circa drie operators per dienst. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor procesmonitoring, het instellen en aanpassen van recepturen en parameters in het PLC/SCADA-systeem en voert eerstelijns storingsanalyses uit, met escalatie naar de technische dienst of shift leader wanneer nodig. - Je bedient en controleert apparatuur zoals menginstallaties, pompen, transportsystemen, pasteurisatie- en verpakkingslijnen en draagt zorg.

- MBO werk- en denkniveau, aantoonbaar door opleiding of ervaring. - Bereidheid om fulltime te werken in een 5-ploegendienst. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. - Heftruckcertificaat (pré) of bereidheid dit te behalen. - Ervaring met productieprocessen en het monitoren van machines. - Ervaring met of bereidheid om te werken in SAP. - Per direct beschikbaar voor een fulltime dienstverband.
