The posting

Als Vorming Operator zorg jij ervoor dat de productielijn goed functioneert en voorkom je mogelijke problemen. Aan de hand van een planning en duidelijke werkinstructies bouw je de lijn stap voor stap zelfstandig op. Vervolgens controleer je nauwkeurig of alles correct gemonteerd, schoon en veilig is voordat de productie aan de gang gaat.

Na de opstart bewaak jij het proces en controleer je continu of de producten voldoen aan de kwaliteitseisen. Je houdt hierbij onder andere het gewicht, de vorm en de uitstraling van het product in de gaten. Wanneer er een storing of afwijking ontstaat, onderneem jij direct actie en schakel je waar nodig de juiste collega’s in.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Opbouwen en instellen van productielijnen volgens planning - Controleren van machines, onderdelen en hygiëne vóór productie - Bewaken van het productieproces en bijsturen waar nodig - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op product en proces - Signaleren van technische storingen en afwijkingen - Werken volgens HACCP en veiligheidsrichtlijnen - Zorgdragen voor een nette en veilige werkomgeving

Let op: Er wordt hier 2 maanden in het jaar met varkensvlees gewerkt, maar je komt hier als operator niet direct mee in aanraking.

- Technische affiniteit en bij voorkeur ervaring in de productie - Je spreekt Nederlands en/of goed Engels - Ervaring met HACCP is een pré - Je werkt nauwkeurig en denkt oplossingsgericht - Woonachtig in Boxtel of omgeving; Tilburg, Den Bosch, Waalwijk, Schijndel of Best
