Als Operator Vorming in Boxtel verdien je tussen de €3.300,- en €3.850,- bruto per maand inclusief 18,5% ploegentoeslag. Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst en bent verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van het vormingsproces. Een mooie functie voor iemand die graag met machines werkt en technisch bezig is. Functieomschrijving Wat ga je doen? Als Operator Vorming zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces goed verloopt en de producten aan alle kwaliteitseisen voldoen. Je zorgt dat de juiste grondstoffen klaarstaan, stelt de machines in en houdt het proces nauwlettend in de gaten. Zie je dat iets niet goed loopt? Dan grijp je direct in en los je de storing waar mogelijk zelf op. Ook houd je de productiegegevens bij en help je collega's wanneer dat nodig is. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Klaarzetten en controleren van de juiste grondstoffen; - Instellen en bedienen van de productiemachines; - Bewaken van het productieproces en bijsturen waar nodig; - Controleren van het gewicht, de vorm en de kwaliteit van de producten; - Oplossen van kleine storingen en afwijkingen; - Bijhouden van productiegegevens in het systeem; - Collega's ondersteunen en duidelijke instructies geven. Functievereisten Wat vragen wij van jou? - Ervaring als Operator of binnen een vergelijkbare productieomgeving; - Je bent technisch ingesteld en werkt graag met machines; - Je kunt technische instructies goed lezen en toepassen; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit; - Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en wacht niet af als er iets misgaat.
