Als operator vorming speel je een cruciale rol binnen de productielijn van snacks in Boxtel. In deze fulltime functie werk je in een 2-ploegendienst en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het instellen, bedienen en controleren van de lijnapparatuur. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens de geldende procedures verloopt, van het controleren van grondstoffen tot het bewaken van de juiste werking van de machines. De functie biedt volop kansen om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen de voedingsindustrie, met mogelijkheden voor aanvullende trainingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen het bedrijf. Deze positie is voor langere tijd, met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband bij goed functioneren.

Je start je werkdag met het controleren van de aanvoer van de juiste grondstoffen en materialen. Vervolgens stel je de productielijn in en zorg je dat de apparatuur optimaal functioneert. Tijdens je dienst los je eventuele operationele storingen op, voer je testproducties uit en registreer je alle productiegegevens nauwkeurig in het systeem. Je ondersteunt en instrueert productiemedewerkers zodat het team gezamenlijk een optimaal eindproduct levert. Gedurende de dag houd je de werkplek netjes en schoon, en werk je strikt volgens de hygiëne- en kwaliteitsnormen.
