Een opdrachtgever van ons in Venlo is op zoek naar een Operator Warmtebehandeling die onze hoogwaardige processen helpt beheersen en verbeteren. Wat bieden wij? - Salaris van €17,10 per uur, exclusief ploegentoeslagen; - Werken in een 2-ploegensysteem; - Een uitdagende functie binnen een internationaal groeiend bedrijf; - Ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling via interne opleidingen en trainingen; - Een dynamische en veilige werkomgeving met een hecht team; - Goede pensioenregeling, 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV-dagen. Wat ga je doen? Als operator ben jij de spil in het proces van warmtebehandeling. Je stelt installaties in, bedient ze en monitort het proces, zodat materialen precies de gewenste eigenschappen krijgen. Veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie staan bij jou voorop. - In- en uitpakken van ovenladingen; - Instellen en bijstellen van processen; - Monitoren van procesverloop en waar nodig aanpassingen doorvoeren; - Uitvoeren van onderhoud en kleine reparaties aan installaties; - Naleven van veiligheids- en milieuvoorschriften. Wat breng jij mee? - MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting; - Ervaring als operator, bij voorkeur in warmtebehandeling of productie; - Technisch inzicht en gevoel voor machines en installaties; - Oog voor kwaliteit en zelfstandigheid.
