Wil jij deel uitmaken van een gevestigde speler binnen de staal- en metaalverwerking waar vakmanschap, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan?

Voor een financieel gezonde onderneming in regio Lievegem zijn we op zoek naar een Operator Zaagmachine. Dit familiebedrijf bouwde doorheen de jaren een sterke reputatie op binnen de staalhandel en metaalverwerking en staat bekend om zijn betrouwbare service en kwalitatieve afwerking.

Met een modern machinepark en een ervaren team verwerkt het bedrijf dagelijks staalprofielen op maat voor uiteenlopende projecten. Als Operator Zaagmachine krijg je een afwisselende functie waarbij je werkt met professionele machines, verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en een belangrijke schakel vormt binnen het productieproces.

Je komt terecht in een no-nonsense werkomgeving waar collega's elkaar ondersteunen, veiligheid voorop staat en jouw technische kennis elke dag het verschil maakt.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Operator Zaagmachine sta je in voor het bedienen van zaag- en boormachines voor stalen profielen
  • Daarnaast label en groepeer je het materiaal per order en zorg je voor een correcte verwerking van de staalprofielen
  • Samen met jouw collega's laad en los je leveranciers, help je klanten bij afhalingen en ondersteun je chauffeurs tijdens het laden van vrachtwagens
  • Verder volg je de productieorders op via de shopfloor-app en voer je kleine technische bijsturingen uit aan de machines wanneer nodig
  • Tot slot zorg je voor het onderhoud van de machines, vervang je slijtageonderdelen en houd je jouw werkplek veilig en ordelijk
  • Een technische opleiding of relevante ervaring binnen metaalbewerking vormt een sterke basis voor deze functie
  • Daarnaast heb je bij voorkeur ervaring met machinebediening binnen een productieomgeving
  • Verder beschik je over kennis van metaalprofielen en metaalbewerkingsmachines; een heftruck- en rolbrugattest zijn vereist
  • Tot slot beheers je het Nederlands goed om veilig te kunnen communiceren met collega's en de werkzaamheden correct uit te voeren
