Jobomschrijving

Als operator ben je samen met je collega verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van het productieproces binnen onze groeiende KMO.

Je bedient afwisselend de vernieuwde verlijmingsmachine en de verlegmachine.

Dit houdt in dat je dagelijks zorgt voor het correct instellen van beide machines volgens de vereiste parameters, waarbij je steeds oog houdt voor de hoogste productkwaliteit .

Je beheert het aanleveren en inscannen van grondstoffen zoals platen, voor- en achtervellen, zodat het productieproces nooit stilstaat.

Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit, zodat de producten altijd voldoen aan de strenge eisen van onze sector.

Samen met je collega’s stem je de aanvoer van grondstoffen af en zorg je ervoor dat alles vlot en volgens planning verloopt.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Jij bent de ideale operator als je beschikt over een uitstekende werkattitude en niet terugdeinst voor fysiek werk.

Je neemt graag initiatief op de werkvloer en weet het overzicht te bewaren, zelfs wanneer het druk is . Je hebt een scherp oog voor detail en kwaliteit; alleen het beste resultaat is voor jou goed genoeg. Ervaring of een diploma is minder belangrijk dan jouw inzet en positieve ingesteldheid.

Je werkt graag samen met collega’s en draagt bij aan een vlot lopend productieproces.

Je bent flexibel ingesteld en vindt het geen probleem om in dagregime te werken.

Je haalt voldoening uit het bedienen van moderne machines en het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles. Je bent betrouwbaar, nauwkeurig en altijd bereid om bij te leren en processen te verbeteren.
