Functieomschrijving: Als operator ben je elke dag bezig met het maken van verschillende geneesmiddelen. Je volgt vaste instructies om alles volgens de regels te laten verlopen. Je bereidt de werkruimtes voor en zorgt dat alle materialen op de juiste plek liggen. Het wegen en mengen van grondstoffen hoort bij jouw takenpakket. Ook stel je de machines in en bouw je deze om voor een nieuwe order. Als er een kleine storing optreedt, los je dit zelf op of vraag je een collega om hulp. Je houdt alle gegevens bij in de systemen voor de kwaliteitscontrole. Daarnaast houd je de werkvloer netjes en schoon volgens de strenge hygiëne-eisen. Je werkt nauw samen met het team om het productieproces goed te laten draaien.
