Over de functie Als Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor een soepel en veilig productieproces. Je houdt de productielijnen draaiende en bewaakt de kwaliteit van het eindproduct. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Bedienen, instellen en controleren van productiemachines; - Bewaken van het volledige productieproces; - Mengen van grondstoffen volgens receptuur; - Registreren van productie- en kwaliteitsgegevens; - Verpakken van het eindproduct; - Signaleren en oplossen van kleine storingen; - Zorgen voor een veilige en schone werkomgeving. Over het bedrijf Onze opdrachtgever verwerkt een bijzonder en circulair Nederlands natuurproduct: biest (colostrum), de eerste melk die een koe produceert nadat een kalf is geboren. Deze hoogwaardige grondstof wordt verwerkt tot een kwalitatief eindproduct dat wereldwijd wordt toegepast. Wat wij vragen Jij bent een enthousiaste en gemotiveerde collega die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Ervaring als operator of binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste. Wij investeren graag in gemotiveerde medewerkers die zich willen ontwikkelen. - Werk je graag samen; - Ben je betrouwbaar en flexibel; - Heb je verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel; - Wil je werken in een verschoven dagdienst (tussen 06.00 en 18.00 uur); - Ben je fulltime beschikbaar (40 uur per week); - Je spreekt Nederlands.
