  • Instellen en bedienen van machines in een productie omgeving
  • Opvolgen van parameters en bijsturen waar dat nodig is
  • Kleine storingen oplossen (dit leren we jou aan)
  • Grote storingen doorgeven aan de technische dienst
  • Zorgen voor een ordelijke, propere en veilige werkomgeving

  • Bij voorkeur voltooide je een secundaire opleiding in technische richting
  • We benadrukken dat ervaring, kennis & motivatie belangrijker zijn dan diploma
  • Bij voorkeur heb je een eerste ervaring als Operator in een Productie omgeving
  • Misschien ben je technisch aangelegd door privé-interesses of hobbies
  • Je bent bereid om in een 3-ploegen-systeem te werken
  • De shiften zijn; vroege (6-14u), late (14-22u) en nacht (22-6u)
  • Je wisselt week om week van shift; 1 week vroege, 1 week late, 1 week nacht, ...
  • Occasioneel is er weekendwerk beschikbaar, je kan je hiervoor opgeven
  • Het gaat dan om 6 tot 8 weekends per jaar (tegen hogere verloning uiteraard)
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt de Nederlandse taal, in kader van veiligheid en instructies
