Heb jij technisch inzicht, werk je graag nauwkeurig en haal je voldoening uit een perfect afgewerkt product? Voor een moderne productieomgeving zoeken we een gemotiveerde Machineoperator Profileerlijn die mee instaat voor een vlot en kwalitatief productieproces in een 2-ploegenstelsel/nacht

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct instellen, bedienen en opvolgen van de profileerlijn. Met jouw technisch inzicht en oog voor detail zorg je ervoor dat elk product voldoet aan de vooropgestelde kwaliteits- en productievereisten.

Wat houdt jouw takenpakket in?

  • Productie voorbereiden: Je raadpleegt de productieorders en geeft de juiste aantallen en lengtes in de machine in.
  • Machines instellen en bedienen: Je stelt de profileerlijn correct af en volgt het productieproces nauwgezet op om kwalitatieve eindproducten te garanderen.
  • Kwaliteit controleren: Je voert kwaliteitscontroles en metingen uit en stuurt de machine bij waar nodig.
  • Productie registreren: Je registreert productiegegevens correct in de productie- en ERP-systemen en bevestigt de geproduceerde aantallen.
  • Afgewerkte producten verwerken: Je verpakt de producten volgens de geldende instructies en zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling.
  • Goederen verplaatsen: Je verplaatst materialen en afgewerkte producten met behulp van een heftruck en/of rolbrug.
  • Goederen registreren: Je staat in voor het correct scannen en registreren van goederen, zodat alles traceerbaar blijft.
  • Veilig en ordelijk werken: Je respecteert de geldende veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften en draagt bij aan een nette en georganiseerde werkomgeving.

Jouw technische kennis en nauwkeurigheid maken het verschil! Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat de productie efficiënt verloopt en elk eindproduct aan de hoogste kwaliteitseisen voldoet.

  • Technische achtergrond: Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd of beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Ervaring met een heftruck: Ervaring met een heftruck is een pluspunt. Een geldig heftruckattest is mooi meegenomen.
  • Kennis van een rolbrug: Ervaring met of kennis van het bedienen van een rolbrug is een extra troef.
  • Oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit: Je werkt ordelijk en nauwkeurig en hebt aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en netheid.
  • Zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin: Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je taken en gaat zorgvuldig om met de machines en materialen.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit: Je bent gemotiveerd, steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en denkt actief mee over een vlot productieproces.
