Heb je werkervaring opgedaan voor je in opleiding ging tot huisarts? Dan is het in sommige gevallen mogelijk om vrijstelling te krijgen voor onderdelen van de huisartsopleiding. Je opleidingsinstituut beoordeelt de relevantie van je ervaring en daarmee of je voor vrijstelling in aanmerking komt. Voorwaarden Er gelden een aantal voorwaarden om in aanmerking te komen voor vrijstelling: - Je werkervaring moet relevant zijn voor de huisartsgeneeskunde. - Je ervaring moet zijn opgedaan bij een RGS erkende opleidingsinstelling en bij een RGS erkende (huisarts)opleider. - Je hebt minimaal 26 weken fulltime werkervaring opgedaan. Een compleet overzicht van alle voorwaarden en procedure met betrekking tot vrijstellingen lees je in het document Vrijstelling - voorwaarden en procedure. - Download Vrijstelling - voorwaarden en procedure (pdf) Relevante werkervaring Welke ervaring relevant is, wordt bepaald door je opleidingsinstituut en verschilt per onderdeel. Ervaring in onder andere de huisartspraktijk, de spoedeisende geneeskunde, interne geneeskunde, chirurgie, verpleeghuisgeneeskunde, klinische geriatrie, revalidatiegeneeskunde of psychiatrie kan relevant zijn voor een vrijstelling. Ook met een afgeronde andere (medisch-)specialistische vervolgopleiding kun je in aanmerking komen voor vrijstelling. Bewijsstukken Omdat de vrijstellingsaanvraag onderbouwd moet worden met een aantal bewijsstukken is het handig om die al te verzamelen voor je gaat solliciteren of direct na plaatsing. Zo heb je een verklaring nodig van de medisch eindverantwoordelijke van de afdeling waar je werkte of werkt tot aan de start van de opleiding. In die verklaring moeten de volgende zaken worden vermeld of bijgevoegd: - de inhoud van de werkzaamheden - de verworven competenties - functie en afdeling - aantal contracturen - begin- en einddatum van de aanstelling - erkenning van de opleidingsinrichting - erkenning van de opleider - een kopie van het erkenn...
