Kwaliteit van opleiders De kwaliteit van opleiders wordt gestimuleerd en bewaakt door opleiders zelf - allen geaccrediteerd - en gevoed door onderwijs op de instituten. Bij nieuwe ontwikkelingen in het onderwijs aan de aios ziet de LHOV graag dat het onderwijs aan de opleiders op de instituten gelijkloopt met dat van de aios. Om zelf de kwaliteit van opleiders te kunnen stimuleren en bewaken vragen we van de opleiders een actieve en kritische inbreng op de instituten. Dit is nodig om de opleiding blijvend te laten aansluiten bij de ontwikkelingen in de huisartspraktijk. Dit is het uitgangspunt van de LHOV. Opleiders zijn bij uitstek de experts in praktijkonderwijs, de instituten leveren didactische experts en 'specialisten' op onderwerpen. Onze aandacht voor (geen onnodige) verplichtingen voor opleiders is blijvend. Voorwaarden om opleider te worden Geïnteresseerde huisartsen / toekomstig aspirant-opleiders die aan onderstaande voorwaarden voldoen, kunnen huisartsopleider worden. - Je hebt drie jaar ervaring als praktiserend huisarts, waarvan een jaar in je huidige praktijk - Je bent als solo-opleider minimaal 90% van de tijd in je praktijk als de aios aanwezig is, als je in duoverband opleidt minimaal 40% (ook parttimers kunnen dus opleider worden) - Je bent bereid tijd en aandacht te besteden aan het opleiden van aios - Je bent bereid te leren op didactisch gebied - In je praktijk is de hele werkweek een gediplomeerd assistente aanwezig - Je praktijk voldoet aan de technische- en ruimte-eisen - Voor de aios moet een spreekkamer beschikbaar zijn - Je praktijk neemt eenmalig deel aan praktijkaccreditatie. De LHOV is verder van mening dat de huisartsopleiding een opleiding is waar alle aios welkom zijn, ongeacht hun geloofsovertuiging of politieke voorkeur. Het dragen van zichtbare geloofsuitingen (zoals een hoofddoek) is in de opleidingsinstituten dan ook toegestaan, behalve in situaties waarin de beroepsuitoefening wordt belemme...
