Als buschauffeur ben je verantwoordelijk voor meer dan alleen het besturen van een bus. Je zorgt ervoor dat passagiers veilig en comfortabel reizen, speelt in op verschillende verkeerssituaties en bent gedurende de rit het aanspreekpunt voor reizigers. Na het behalen van je D-rijbewijs kun je zelfstandig aan de slag in Oosterwolde en omgeving. Werkgebied: Oosterwolde en omgeving Jouw opleiding tot buschauffeur Het opleidingstraject duurt ongeveer zes maanden en bestaat uit theorie en praktijk. Je begint met twee weken fulltime theorieles. Hier leer je de kennis die je nodig hebt voor het vak en bereid je je voor op de theorie-examens. Wanneer je de theoriefase hebt afgerond, ga je de weg op. Je volgt ongeveer twee tot drie praktijklessen per week bij de rijschool. Tijdens deze

lessen leer je onder andere hoe je een bus veilig en beheerst bestuurt, hoe je verschillende verkeerssituaties inschat en hoe je steeds zelfstandiger achter het stuur kunt plaatsnemen. Consolid organiseert de opleiding en neemt het grootste gedeelte van de opleidingskosten voor haar rekening. Tijdens de opleiding ontvang je geen salaris. Wel kun je het opleidingstraject combineren met je huidige baan. Van kennismaking naar opleiding Voordat je daadwerkelijk met de opleiding start, doorloop je een aantal stappen. Zo wordt gekeken of jij en het beroep van buschauffeur goed bij elkaar passen. Het selectietraject bestaat uit: Een online capaciteitentest voor het benodigde MBO 1/2 werk- en denkniveau; Een chauffeursassessment; Een medische keuring; Een VOG-aanvraag; Een rijtest bij de rijschool; Een sollicitatiegesprek met de vervoerder. De volgorde van de verschillende onderdelen kan variëren. Alle onderdelen moeten positief worden afgerond voordat je kunt beginnen aan de opleiding. Heb je het volledige traject succesvol doorlopen? Dan kun je starten met de opleiding en jezelf in ongeveer zes maanden ontwikkelen tot buschauffeur. Na het behalen van je D-rijbewijs ben je klaar om zelfstandig de weg op te gaan in Oosterwolde en omgeving.
