Informatie Ben jij verzorgende IG en klaar voor de volgende stap in jouw zorgcarrière? Met onze tweejarige BBL-opleiding tot Verpleegkundige niveau 4 combineer je werken en leren in het ziekenhuis en ontwikkel je jezelf tot een deskundige verpleegkundige. Voor februari 2027 zijn er opleidingsplaatsen beschikbaar.

Werken en leren Je maakt deel uit van een multidisciplinair team waarin samenwerken, kwaliteit en veiligheid van patiëntenzorg en persoonlijke aandacht voor patiënten en hun naasten staan centraal. Tijdens dit opleidingstraject krijg je volop de ruimte om je op jouw manier te ontwikkelen tot professional.

Gedurende de tweejarige opleiding combineer je werken en leren en doe je ervaring op binnen drie verschillende afdelingen of specialismen. Zo ontdek je waar jouw interesses en talenten liggen en ontwikkel je een brede basis als verpleegkundige.

Je leert in alle diensten volgens de cao Ziekenhuizen en wordt daarbij begeleid door ervaren werkbegeleiders op de werkvloer. Daarnaast ondersteunen de praktijkopleiders je tijdens het gehele leertraject en bewaken zij samen met jou jouw voortgang en ontwikkeling.

Bij indiensttreding ga je een leerarbeidsovereenkomst aan voor de duur van twee jaar, voor 32 tot 36 uur per week inclusief opleidingsuren.
