Jij zorgt ervoor dat professionals zich blijven ontwikkelen, zodat zij de best mogelijke zorg en begeleiding kunnen bieden aan onze cliënten. Met jouw expertise geef je richting aan het opleidings- en ontwikkelingsbeleid van onze organisatie. Samen met je collega-opleidingsadviseurs bouw je aan een lerende organisatie waarin groei en kwaliteit centraal staan. Dit is wat je doet Waar werk je? - Je gaat werken in Bodegraven . - Je schakelt met teamleiders en teams op deze locatie. Wat betekent dat? - Samen met teamleiders check je wat teams nodig hebben om te groeien. - Je zorgt dat stagiairs zich veilig voelen én écht iets leren. - Je neemt initiatief in het vormgeven van het jaarlijkse opleidingsplan van de teams. - Je geeft advies in het doorgroeien van collega's. - Als 'coach on the side' begeleid je teams, praktijk- en werkbegeleiders. Wat ontwikkel je? - Met interne experts (andere opleidingsadviseurs, teamleiders, beleidsmedewerkers et cetera) ontwerp je trainingen en opleidingsprogramma's. - Je zet verbetervoorstellen op papier en rolt ze uit over de organisatie. - Je deelt je kennis en kunt gevraagd worden om deel te nemen aan projectgroepen. Je bent in deze functie onderdeel van het Dienstencentrum. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega opleidingsadviseurs en de HRM adviseur binnen jouw gebied. Het Dienstencentrum dat is gevestigd in Ridderkerk, maar je standplaats is Bodegraven. Dit heb je - Een hbo-diploma en ervaring met zorg, opleiden en bij voorkeur ook didactiek. - Je denkt graag mee op strategisch niveau en neemt initiatief in het ontwikkelen van opleidingsbeleid en -programma's. - Je luistert scherp, weet mensen in beweging te krijgen en creëert draagvlak. - Je overziet processen en kijkt verder dan de vraag van vandaag. - Je herkent j...
