Met praktijkgerichte scholingen, leerlijnen, e- learnings en andere leerproducten ondersteunen we onze eigen medewerkers én professionals, samenwerkingspartners en andere doelgroepen in de regio en daarbuiten. Omdat één van onze huidige opleidingsfunctionarissen vertrekt, zoeken wij een nieuwe collega die met energie en deskundigheid verder bouwt aan leren en ontwikkelen binnen Geriant. Wat is jouw uitdaging? Als opleidingsfunctionaris combineer je twee werelden. Intern bouw je verder aan een sterk leerklimaat. Extern vertaal je de specialistische kennis van Geriant naar aantrekkelijke, actuele en praktijkgerichte leerproducten voor zorg- en welzijnsorganisaties, ketenpartners, professionals en mantelzorgers. Je werkt daarbij samen met collega's van het Geriant Kenniscentrum Dementie, HR, ICT, communicatie en werkbegeleiders, leidinggevenden, inhoudsdeskundigen, docenten en externe opdrachtgevers. Je komt terecht in een klein en betrokken team van drie opleidingsfunctionarissen en een managementassistent, onder leiding van de manager GKD. Samen bouwen jullie aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het kenniscentrum: jullie ontwikkelen en vernieuwen het aanbod van leerproducten, versterken de samenwerking met klanten, partners en docenten en borgen tegelijkertijd de belangrijke interne opdracht rond educatie, onboarding en praktijkopleiderschap. Omdat het GKD volop in ontwikkeling is, krijg je veel ruimte om mee te denken, initiatief te nemen en samen structuur aan te brengen.
