Als Opleidingsmanager voor verzuimprofessionals speel je een belangrijke rol in het versterken van ons trainersnetwerk, het verbeteren van de kwaliteit van onze opleidingen en het verbinden van stakeholders binnen de sector. Je schakelt dagelijks met trainers, branchepartijen en interne teams en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit, samenwerking en ontwikkeling continu vooruitgaan. Je bent iemand die overzicht houdt, verbanden ziet en mensen in beweging krijgt. Iemand die inhoudelijk sterk genoeg is om een serieuze gesprekspartner te zijn én organisatiesensitief genoeg om verschillende belangen bij elkaar te brengen.
