Dit ga je doen Als hbo Verpleegkundige in opleiding leer je zorg te coördineren, klinisch te redeneren en steeds meer regie te nemen in het zorgproces. Je ontwikkelt je in een professionele werkomgeving, met de cliënt en jouw leerdoelen centraal. Concreet betekent dat: - Uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen, zoals injecteren, katheteriseren en wondzorg. - Opstellen, bewaken en evalueren van zorgplannen samen met je team. - Leren geven en ontvangen van feedback, en actief reflecteren op je eigen handelen. - Begeleiding door een ervaren Hbo praktijkopleider en collega's op de werkvloer.
