Als medewerker interventie cardiologie ben jij een onmisbare schakel tijdens onderzoeken en behandelingen in onze Hartkatherisatiekamers (HCK). In deze specialistische rol werk je op het snijvlak van innovatieve technologie en hartpatiëntenzorg waarbij je (interventie)cardiologen ondersteund tijdens complexe hartprocedures. Je werkt dagelijks met de nieuwste technieken en hebt intensief contact met patiënten. Op de HCK doen we voornamelijk drie dingen. We assisteren bij hartkatherisaties (CAG), dotterprocedures (PCI) en pacemaker implantaties. Klinkt dit interessant? Solliciteer dan vandaag nog voor onze opleidingsplek! Als verpleegkundige in opleiding werk jij toe naar de verantwoordelijkheid van de medewerker interventie cardiologie: - Je assisteert de (interventie)cardioloog bij de onderzoeken en behandelingen op de HCK. Dit gebeurt in verschillende teamrollen op een Interventiekamer: steriel aan tafel, omloop of registratie; - Je registreert, bewaakt en interpreteert de hemodynamische en electrocardiografische parameters; - Je zorgt voor een goede begeleiding van patiënten tijdens invasieve procedures. Jij biedt houvast en speelt een belangrijke rol in de beleving van de opname. Ook als het even niet goed gaat met de patiënt handel jij snel en adequaat; - Je werkt samen in een multidisciplinair team van gespecialiseerde verpleegkundigen, interventiecardiologen, pacemakertechnici en arts-assistenten, waarbij jij een onmisbare regierol vervult; - Je draagt bij aan veranderingen en verbeteringen in de patiëntenzorg. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan nieuwe behandeltechnieken en procedures. Zo gebruiken wij sinds 2025 de Impella bij dotterbehandelingen met een hoog risico.
