The posting

Als opleidingsverantwoordelijke ben je de spil van onze opleidingen binnen de domeinen Politie, Justitie & Veiligheid en Zorg, Welzijn & Onderwijs. Je volgt het volledige traject op: van de eerste planning tot de praktische organisatie en administratieve opvolging.

Concreet:

- je plant opleidingen van A tot Z en houdt daarbij rekening met de beschikbaarheid van locaties, sprekers en deelnemers;

- je bent het aanspreekpunt voor sprekers, deelnemers en collega’s en zorgt ervoor dat alle praktische afspraken duidelijk zijn;

- je volgt inschrijvingen en aanwezigheden op en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie met deelnemers;

- verandert er last minute iets? Dan schakel je snel en zoek je een oplossing. Een annulatie of wijziging brengt jou niet van de wijs;

- je bent aanwezig tijdens de opleidingen en zorgt ervoor dat alles ter plaatse vlot verloopt;

- je neemt de administratieve en logistieke opvolging voor je rekening, zoals accreditatieaanvragen, evaluaties en facturatie;

- je denkt mee na over hoe we onze opleidingen steeds verder kunnen professionaliseren en verbeteren.

Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen klopt, zodat sprekers en deelnemers zich kunnen focussen op de inhoud.

Je beschikt over een professionele bachelor, bijvoorbeeld in eventmanagement, communicatie, organisatie & management of een gelijkaardige richting;

• je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;

• je bent organisatorisch sterk en houdt gemakkelijk het overzicht over verschillende opleidingen en deadlines;

• je neemt zelf initiatief en wacht niet af tot iemand je vertelt wat er moet gebeuren;

• je bent communicatief en werkt graag samen met verschillende mensen;

• je bent flexibel en stressbestendig en laat je niet van de kaart brengen door onverwachte wijzigingen;

• je werkt nauwkeurig en volgt afspraken en administratie consequent op;

• je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en bent bereid je voor opleidingen te verplaatsen;

• ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie of sector is mooi meegenomen, maar goede organisatievaardigheden en de juiste ingesteldheid vinden we minstens zo belangrijk.
