Ben jij klaar om een sleutelrol te spelen in de toekomst van onze opleidingen binnen Bouw en Techniek? Mooi zo. Want bij Syntra West zoeken we een Opleidingsverantwoordelijke die klaar is om ervoor te gaan. Niet om te volgen wat anderen doen, maar om de markt zelf mee vorm te geven.

Wat zal je doen?

  • Je ontwikkelt en organiseert opleidingen die écht verschil maken voor onze cursisten.
  • Je spot trends, vangt signalen op uit de sector en vertaalt deze naar boeiende leeroplossingen.
  • Je bouwt aan een sterk netwerk van docenten, bedrijven en sectororganisaties – en je weet dat netwerk ook in beweging te krijgen.
  • Samen met het Syntra-netwerk beheer je het opleidingsportfolio en zorg je voor de vernieuwing van bestaande programma’s. Je ontwikkelt nieuwe programma’s en gaat aan de slag met innovatieve leervormen.
  • Je selecteert de juiste docenten die jouw opleidingen mee vorm zullen geven.
  • Samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat de opleidingen klaarstaan voor inschrijving. Je denkt commercieel mee.
  • Je waakt over de kwaliteit, checkt de feedback en stuurt bij waar nodig.

Je bent leergierig, ziet kansen en krijgt energie van samenwerking. Je weet mensen mee te krijgen en houdt ervan om ideeën om te zetten in concrete opleidingen die scoren. Je hebt affiniteit met bouw- en installatieberoepen.

Wie ben je?

  • Je volgt wat leeft binnen bouw en techniek en kan dit vertalen in concrete leeroplossingen voor deze doelgroep.
  • Je bouwt graag mee een netwerk uit binnen de sectoren en onderhoudt contact met de docenten.
  • Je bent ondernemend en hebt commercieel inzicht.
  • Je communiceert vlot en duidelijk.
  • Je beschikt over stevige people skills en hebt organisatorisch talent.
  • Je bent flexibel.
  • Affiniteit met bouw en techniek is een pluspunt.
  • Je beschikt minstens over een professionele bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
