Verleg grenzen als opnamemedewerker oogziekten

In UZ Leuven bundelen dagelijks meer dan 10.000 gedreven medewerkers hun expertise om kwalitatieve patiëntenzorg aan te bieden. Binnen de dienst oogziekten zijn we op zoek naar een medewerker voor de opnameplanning om ons team te versterken.

Het betreft een contract van onbepaalde duur aan 60%.

Je werkt op maandag, donderdag en vrijdag telkens van 8u24 tot 17u.

Hoe verleg je grenzen?

  • Je wordt ingeschakeld in het plannen van ingrepen van de dienst oogziekten rekening houdend met het OKA programma, beschikbare bedden en de mogelijkheden van patiënten.
  • Je biedt de nodige informatie aan patiënten i.f.v. ingreep en planning van preoperatieve onderzoeken.
  • Je neemt deel aan de tweewekelijkse planningsvergadering met verantwoordelijken waar je knelpunten kan aangeven in oka-planning en je implementeert de richtlijnen die in deze vergadering worden vastgelegd.
  • Je verzorgt de registratie van ingrepen en aanwezigheid van chirurgen in het softwaresysteem KWS.
  • Je houdt wachtlijsten bij, plant urgente ingrepen en contacteert patiënten i.f.v. eventuele wijzigingen in planning.

Wat heb je daarvoor nodig?

  • Je bezit een bachelordiploma.
  • Je bezit een goede kennis van MS Office en bent bereid om jouw softwarekennis op peil te houden.
  • Je hebt een patiëntgerichte houding.
  • Je kan geconcentreerd en onder druk werken met de focus op verschillende parameters.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke zin voor planning en organisatie.
  • Je bent stressbestendig.
  • Je bent flexibel en staat open voor een vlotte collegiale samenwerking.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en stipt in opdrachten.
