Je werkt samen met ervaren stratenmakers aan verschillende mooie projecten in en rondom Drachten. Over het bedrijf Je gaat aan de slag bij een professioneel en groeiend bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in bestratings- en grondwerkzaamheden. Er wordt gewerkt aan uiteenlopende projecten voor zowel zakelijke als particuliere klanten. Binnen het bedrijf staat samenwerking centraal en krijg je volop de mogelijkheid om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Ook als je nog weinig ervaring hebt, kun je het vak in de praktijk leren van ervaren collega's. Wil je jezelf verder ontwikkelen of doorgroeien binnen het bedrijf? Dan zijn daar zeker mogelijkheden voor. Je werkt in een enthousiast team waarin hard werken, kwaliteit en een goede werksfeer belangrijk zijn. Over de functie Als opperman ben jij een belangrijke ondersteuning voor de stratenmakers. Jij zorgt ervoor dat zij hun werk goed en efficiënt kunnen uitvoeren. Je bent actief bezig en werkt samen met je collega's aan verschillende bestratings- en grondwerkprojecten. Je werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: - Aanvoeren van stenen, zand en andere materialen; - Klaarmaken en voorbereiden van de werkplek; - Helpen bij bestratings- en grondwerkzaamheden; - Werken met verschillende handgereedschappen; - Opruimen en netjes houden van de werkomgeving; - Ondersteunen van de stratenmakers waar nodig; - Samen zorgen voor een mooi en strak eindresultaat.
