Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou als Klantcontact Specialist op oproepbasis bij Huiskes-Kokkeler! Jouw Rol Als Klantcontact Specialist ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten die telefonisch contact met ons opnemen. Je zorgt ervoor dat ze zich welkom en gehoord voelen, zelfs tijdens uitdagende gesprekken. Jouw doel is om samen met je team 75% van alle klantvragen direct te beantwoorden. Door regelmatig contact te onderhouden met collega's en andere afdelingen, zorg je ervoor dat je altijd op de hoogte bent van de laatste ontwikkelingen en klanten adequaat kunt helpen. De verwachting is dat we je in elk geval wel 2 tot 3 dagen per week in kunnen plannen, als dit ook passend is in jouw agenda. Jouw communicatie is altijd professioneel en empathisch, waarbij je helder aangeeft wat wel en niet mogelijk is voor de klant. Zo geef je klanten een duidelijk en prettig antwoord, zelfs bij lastige kwesties. Om jouw kennis up-to-date te houden en steeds meer vragen direct te kunnen afhandelen, blijf je actief in contact met collega's van andere afdelingen en volg je regelmatig trainingen. Multitasken is voor jou vanzelfsprekend. Tijdens gesprekken zoek je relevante informatie op zodat je snel en doelgericht kunt helpen. Zo ben jij degene die elk klantcontact met een tevreden gevoel afsluit, vanuit een klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte benadering .
