Als jij als Verzorgende IG graag flexibel wil werken en interesse hebt in zorginnovatie, biedt een oproepcontract in ons Beeldzorgteam veel vrijheid. Dat geeft ruimte werk te combineren met andere dingen die belangrijk voor je zijn zoals bijvoorbeeld je gezin of studie. Benieuwd naar hoe flexibel werken er in de praktijk uitziet? Werken in de wijk betekent dat je bij mensen thuis komt en onderdeel wordt van hun dagelijks leven. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je schakelt tussen zorg, begeleiding en contact met het netwerk rondom de cliënt. Benieuwd hoe het is om te werken in de wijk en welke teams er zijn? Dit ga je doen als Verzorgende IG Als oproepkracht binnen Beeldzorg ondersteun je cliënten via beeldbellen bij dagelijkse zorgmomenten, medicatie en verpleegkundige handelingen op afstand. Door helder te communiceren en goed te observeren, signaleer je veranderingen en stem je af met collega's in de wijk. De inzet verschilt per week en sluit aan bij de actuele zorgvraag.
