Word jij happy van flexibel werken in de zorg? Bij HappyZorg Wijkteam Uithoorn zoeken we nog een oproepkracht die ons wijkteam wil versterken! Functie Samen met je collega's in een hecht wijkteam ondersteun je de cliënten in de regio. Je werkt in een kleinschalig team waar samenwerking cruciaal is. Samen met de wijkverpleegkundige kijk je naar de situatie van een cliënt en handel je hierop. Je gaat langs bij de cliënten thuis en helpt hen verder met de dagelijkse bezigheden. Dit bestaat uit zorgtaken zoals helpen bij het innemen van medicijnen, en bijvoorbeeld het opstaan uit bed en een ontbijtje maken. Maar ook simpelere dingen zoals een leuk gesprekje, bij een kopje koffie, kun je zeker verwachten. Veel cliënten zitten boordevol met verhalen en zullen die graag delen met een nieuw gezicht. Je komt dus veel verschillende mensen tegen, dit zorgt ervoor dat je in veel nieuwe situaties komt en dat houdt het werk spannend. Ook vraagt het werk iets van je inlevingsvermogen en zal je dus snel moeten kunnen schakelen. Over het bedrijf HappyZorg is een thuiszorgorganisatie met kleinschalige wijkteams verspreid over heel Nederland. Onze wijkteams worden geleid door enthousiaste zorgmanagers. We vinden dat zorg beter kan én beter moet en geloven in de kracht en kwaliteit van elke individuele zorgverlener. Ons wijkteam bestaat uit vaste, vertrouwde medewerkers, die thuis zijn in het gebied waar zij zorg verlenen. Onze zorgverleners weten daardoor wat er in de buurt en bij de cliënten leeft en begrijpen goed waar de behoeften liggen. Wij vragen Een afgeronde opleiding Helpende, afgeronde VIG-diploma of MBO-verpleegkunde (niveau 4); Een geldige VOG; Écht naar cliënten kunnen luisteren en in staat zijn om ze op een positieve manier te stimuleren en motiveren; Je hebt een professionele beroepshouding; Bij voorkeur ben je in het bezit van een rijbewijs B (in het bezit van eigen vervoer). Wij bieden Een salaris in de schaal die bij je functie past; Aantal uren zijn bespreekbaar;
