Heb je een opleiding afgerond in de richting Recreatie / Outdoor / Sport / Events dan is dat een pre. Anders vinden we het fijn als je bereid bent tot het volgen van praktische cursussen hiervoor. Werkzaamheden Coördineren boot, fiets, tuktuk verhuur Onderhoud materialen Begeleiden van groepen bij diverse sport-, spel-, outdoor activiteiten Uitvoeren en beheren van onze thema programma's Beheer van onze groepscamping Beheer van ons mudrun parcours Bezorgen van fietsen in de omgeving In de zomer ligt de nadruk meer op het contact met onze gasten en het begeleiden van groepen, in de winter zijn de werkzaamheden meer in de onderhoudssfeer. Al met al een lekkere actieve buiten functie, met veel contact met onze gasten, om deze een onvergetelijke beleving te bezorgen. In de tijden dat er geen gasten zijn, heb je de mogelijkheid om nieuwe programma's te ontwikkelen en ben je bezig met onderhoud aan de materialen en het terrein. Mocht je het ambiëren, dan kun je deel uit gaan maken van het management team en ga je ook de andere buitenmensen aansturen op deze onderdelen. Wat kunnen we je bieden Een vast dienstverband. De nadruk van inzet ligt wel in het seizoen van april tot oktober. Je neemt deel aan het pensioenfonds van de Recreatie branche. Eventueel gebruik een bedrijfsauto in het seizoen. Bedrijfskleding voor zomer en winter. Daarnaast zijn we het hele seizoen op zoek naar oproepmedewerkers voor de Horeca, Activiteiten en Events .
