Vrachtwagens klaar? Starten maar! Als opstartcoördinator zorg jij ervoor dat onze vrachtwagens op tijd richting de klant vertrekken. Een verantwoordelijke rol waarin je toezicht houdt op de dagelijkse opstart én, wanneer nodig, zelf achter het stuur stapt. Dit ga je doen - Toezien op een tijdig vertrek van chauffeurs; - Registreren en monitoren van de werkelijke vertrektijden; - Signaleren en rapporteren van incidenten, zoals vertragingen bij vertrek of operationele verstoringen op de standplaats; - Chauffeurs actief motiveren en stimuleren om op tijd te vertrekken; - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt en signalerende schakel voor de leidinggevende in de vroege ochtend; - Zorg dragen voor een overzichtelijke, veilige en rustige opstart van de dag. Dit neem je mee We zijn op zoek naar collega's die: - Bij voorkeur in het bezit zijn van een geldig CE-rijbewijs met code 95. Dit is een pré en geen must. - Overzicht houdt en snel kan schakelen bij verstoringen - Beschikbaar van maandag t/m zaterdag (en in ieder geval 1x in de twee weken op zaterdag willen werken). - Communicatief sterk is en weet hoe hij/ zij mensen kan motiveren - Geen bezwaar heeft tegen vroeg opstaan Dit bieden we jou Wat mag je van ons verwachten?
