Voor een organisatie binnen de optieksector zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Verkoopmedewerker in Leuven. Ben jij graag met mensen bezig, help je klanten met plezier verder en heb je interesse in de wereld van optiek? Dan is deze functie misschien iets voor jou.

Je komt terecht in een klantgerichte omgeving waar enthousiasme, service en samenwerking centraal staan. Ervaring in de optiek is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste: je krijgt de nodige opleiding om het vak volledig onder de knie te krijgen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Verkoopmedewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten in de winkel. Je begeleidt hen bij het vinden van een bril die past bij hun wensen en zorgt ervoor dat ze met een goed gevoel de winkel verlaten.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Klanten verwelkomen en hen op een persoonlijke manier adviseren.
  • Begeleiden bij het kiezen van een passend montuur.
  • Brillen aanpassen en afgewerkte brillen afleveren.
  • Kleine herstellingen en aanpassingen uitvoeren.
  • Bestellingen verwerken en opvolgen.
  • Zorgen voor een verzorgde en aantrekkelijke winkel.
  • Klanten informeren over verschillende producten en mogelijkheden.
  • Samenwerken met collega's om een optimale klantenservice te bieden.

Voor deze functie zoeken we vooral iemand die graag met mensen werkt en zin heeft om bij te leren. Ervaring binnen retail of optiek is een pluspunt, maar motivatie en klantgerichtheid vinden we minstens even belangrijk.

Dit breng je mee:

  • Je beschikt over een diploma secundair onderwijs.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk en communicatief sterk.
  • Je bent enthousiast en hebt een positieve uitstraling.
  • Je bent leergierig en hebt interesse in optiek.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Ervaring in retail of verkoop is een pluspunt, maar geen must.
  • Je bent bereid om nieuwe vaardigheden aan te leren via opleiding.
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor een voltijdse functie van 36 uur per week.
  • Je bent bereid om regelmatig in het weekend te werken.
