Aufgabenbereich

* Kompetente und individuelle Beratung der Kund:innen

* Fachgerechte Beratung zu Brillen, Gläsern und Kontaktlinsen

* Durchführung der für die Augenoptik relevanten fachlichen Tätigkeiten

* Unterstützung bei der Auswahl individuell passender Sehlösungen

* Verbindung von fachlicher Expertise, Beratung und Verkauf

* Sicherstellung einer hohen Beratungs- und Servicequalität

* Enge Zusammenarbeit innerhalb eines eingespielten Teams

* Einbringen Ihrer Erfahrung und Ihres Know-hows in den jeweiligen Standort

Anforderungsprofil

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Optikermeister:in

* Freude an der Beratung und am direkten Kontakt mit Menschen

* Interesse an den unterschiedlichen Bereichen moderner Augenoptik

* Freundliches und selbstbewusstes Auftreten

* Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung

* Teamgeist, Engagement und ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch

* Motivation, sich fachlich laufend weiterzuentwickeln
