Met jouw toegewijde blik zorg je ervoor dat elk evenement van top tot teen geregeld is. Of het nu gaat om een vergaderzaal voor een sollicitatiegesprek, een verblijf voor een professionele sportploeg, een congres of een feestavond. Bij jou gaan alle radars direct draaien en staat het stoplicht op groen. Go! Zo zorg jij er als optimistische medewerker Sales Meetings & Events mede voor dat het onze gasten aan niets ontbreekt. - Communiceren tussen diverse afdelingen, van de keuken tot en met de receptie om er voor te zorgen dat de bijeenkomst van de gast zo soepel mogelijk verloopt. - Het opstellen van offertes voor nieuwe bijeenkomsten. - Het voeren van gesprekken over de wensen van de gast, zowel telefonisch, per mail als live. - Factureren en aftersales na het evenement. - Gasten informeren over de mogelijkheden bij Hotel Apeldoorn. - Mogelijkheid om mee te werken op jouw georganiseerde event/bijeenkomst/bedrijfsfeest.
