Op onze afdeling Oogheelkunde maak je deel uit van een deskundig team met volop aandacht voor samenwerking, kwaliteit en vakinhoudelijke ontwikkeling. Dit ga je doen Als optometrist op onze afdeling Oogheelkunde combineer je zelfstandigheid met nauwe samenwerking. Je draait eigen spreekuren en levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan de diagnostiek en behandeling van uiteenlopende oogaandoeningen. Je werkt nauw samen met oogartsen, orthoptisten, technisch oogheelkundig assistenten en andere collega's binnen het vakgebied. Daarbij krijg je volop ruimte om je expertise in te zetten én verder te ontwikkelen. Je werkt in ieder geval op vrijdag en nog een andere dag in overleg. Een greep uit jouw takenpakket - Zelfstandig draaien van macula- en droge-ogenspreekuren. - Uitvoeren en beoordelen van diagnostische onderzoeken, waaronder OCT en gezichtsveldonderzoek. - Ondersteunen van verschillende oogheelkundige spreekuren. - Deelnemen aan supervisiespreekuren met oogartsen. - Leveren van een inhoudelijke bijdrage aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de afdeling. Hier kom je te werken De afdeling Oogheelkunde van het Diakonessenhuis is een moderne en veelzijdige werkomgeving waar deskundigheid, samenwerking en patiëntgerichte zorg centraal staan. Je wordt onderdeel van een betrokken team van ongeveer 40 collega's, waaronder optometristen, orthoptisten, technisch oogheelkundig assistenten, doktersassistenten, oogartsen en ANIOS. De lijnen zijn kort, waardoor je collega's gemakkelijk weet te vinden voor overleg of advies. Je werkt afwisselend op onze locaties in Utrecht en Zeist en maakt gebruik van moderne oogheelkundige apparatuur. Vakinhoudelijke ontwikkeling staat hoog op de agenda.
